About The Position

The Order Filler keeps customer orders moving by pulling, checking, and packing parts accurately and on time. The role follows standard procedures to ensure each shipment is correct and protected before it leaves the building. The position is based at TVH’s new distribution center in South Bend, Indiana. Startup hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; once the distribution center officially opens in 2027, hours will shift to Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Pay starts at $18 per hour, and the position offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or one year of relevant work experience.
• At least one year of general warehouse experience.
• Ability to accurately match part numbers.
• Basic proficiency using the Internet and/or computer systems to locate information.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Follow procedures for pulling and checking orders.
• Verify order accuracy and relabel outgoing shipments.
• Check and pack orders according to the packing slip, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Select appropriate shipping containers to protect products.
• Clean the work area at the end of each shift.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor or Manager.
