About The Position

RelaDyne is seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Order Entry Representative in Houston, Texas. The role supports customers and internal teams by processing orders, responding to customer inquiries, and coordinating service and delivery needs. Accuracy, communication, and the ability to manage competing priorities are important to providing a positive customer experience.

Requirements

• Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of the Houston, Texas location.
• Must be willing to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• At least one year of experience in a high-volume data entry and customer service environment.
• At least one year of recent phone experience communicating with customers in a corporate environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Ability to type at least 30 words per minute.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to accurately repeat and confirm information with customers.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to work effectively with coworkers and management in a team-oriented environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with SAP or similar order management systems.
• Experience in the fuel or transportation industry.

Responsibilities

• Create and enter sales orders for fuel, tanks, services, and special projects, ensuring accuracy and maintaining detailed notes.
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Coordinate customer deliveries with other terminals to help ensure timely service.
• Communicate with sales representatives and dispatchers regarding customer requirements and delivery needs.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
