About The Position

KI is seeking an Order Entry Editor to join its OEI team. The role provides accurate, timely order entry for the OEI Department to help ensure customer satisfaction. The Order Entry Editor enters and verifies customer orders, maintains order-related records and pricing information, and proofreads purchase orders before entering them.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in order management, customer service, or a related administrative role.
• Strong data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with ERP systems, such as BPCS.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer purchase orders into the computerized order system.
• Maintain order entry paperwork files.
• Back-check orders daily.
• Maintain and update customer-pricing requirements.
• Maintain and update the OEI cross-reference file.
• Process bill-only and post-ship orders.
• Check confirmations against the original order.
• Proofread and edit customer purchase orders before entering them.
