About The Position

For over 25 years, Walkenhorst's has made it possible to send packages to inmates incarcerated in correctional facilities. We serve inmates and their families and friends across the nation. This role involves answering incoming customer phone calls, processing orders over the phone and by mail, and performing data entry. The position requires responding to customer needs with personalized service, managing and updating customer databases, identifying customer needs, clarifying information, researching issues, and providing solutions. Additionally, the role involves managing a large volume of inbound calls in a timely manner and performing office-related duties such as making copies and scanning documents.

Responsibilities

Answering incoming customer phone calls
Processing orders over the phone and by mail

Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner
