The Order Entry Clerk I is responsible for receiving, entering, and shipping customer orders. The primary duties and responsibilities will be to perform work in accordance with the essential job activities.

Requirements

  • High School or GED diploma required
  • Experience in shipping and receiving required
  • Basic math skill and computer skills required
  • Excellent 10 key and typing skills
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions.
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds

Responsibilities

  • Receive, enter and process customer orders
  • Process scrap orders
  • Disposition and distribution of non-warrantable and customer approved orders
  • Daily log updates
  • Production reporting
  • Assist with training as needed
  • Identify, assist, and troubleshoot with technicians, management and customers with order investigations as needed
  • Sort and distribute incoming product
  • Ship confirmation of orders
  • Assist with non-warrantable as needed
  • Practice 6S and safety
  • Take appropriate action for continuous quality improvement and customer satisfaction
  • Able to react to change effectively and handle other tasks as assigned
