Order Builder (Union) - 2nd Shift

About The Position

As a member of Swire Coca-Cola’s Warehouse team, the Order Builder builds delivery loads from a variety of products onto pallets to fulfill customer orders and prepare them for shipment. The role helps ensure customers receive correct orders in a timely manner. Work takes place in a fast-paced warehouse and involves powered industrial equipment, with warehouse safety standards followed at all times. The position is scheduled for the second shift, Monday through Friday, from 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. or until work is finished. The stated base pay is $22.99 per hour, with a possible bonus structure dependent on the role. Pay offered may also depend on geographic location and the candidate’s relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
Ability to obtain pallet jack operator certification within one month after hire.
Ability to perform essential job functions with little or no supervision.
Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business.
Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently; lifting may be repetitive.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in a warehouse environment.
Prior experience using a manual or powered pallet jack or a forklift.

Responsibilities

Use voice-picking software and powered industrial equipment, such as a pallet jack and/or hand truck, to pull specified inventory quantities and build orders on pallets.
Build accurate, quality product orders and secure them for transport before loading into delivery trucks.
Stage completed pallets in designated shipping areas.
Inspect equipment daily and perform minor maintenance as needed to support safe operation.
Complete required training.
Restock products in picking areas as needed.
Attend assigned meetings and assist with special projects and events.
