About The Position

As a member of Swire Coca-Cola’s Warehouse team, the Order Builder helps ensure customers receive correct orders in a timely manner so their stores remain stocked. The role builds delivery loads by assembling a variety of products onto pallets to fill customer orders and prepare them for shipment, while ensuring accurate order fulfillment. Work takes place in a fast-paced warehouse environment and involves powered industrial equipment and compliance with warehouse safety standards.

The schedule is 6:30 p.m. to 3:00 a.m., Monday through Friday, with occasional mandatory overtime of up to 13.5 hours per day and occasional weekends. Pay is $22.75 per hour.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain pallet jack operator certification within one month after hire.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with little or no supervision.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently, potentially repetitively.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a warehouse environment.
• Prior experience using a manual or powered pallet jack or forklift.

Responsibilities

• Use voice-picking software and powered industrial equipment, such as a pallet jack and/or hand truck, to build orders by pulling specified quantities of inventory onto pallets.
• Build accurate, quality product orders and secure them for transport before loading into delivery trucks.
• Stage completed pallets in designated shipping areas.
• Inspect equipment daily and perform minor maintenance as needed to support safe operation.
• Complete required training.
• Restock product in picking areas as needed.
• Attend assigned meetings and assist with special projects and events.
