About The Position

Order Builders work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, fulfilling customer orders and preparing Coca-Cola products for delivery. The role involves accurately building orders for loading onto delivery trucks, using industrial power equipment, and staging completed pallets in designated areas. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday, beginning at 7:00 PM and continuing until work is finished. Starting pay ranges from $18.43 to $20.77 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, and referral bonuses. Comprehensive benefits are also mentioned.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 6 months of general work experience.
Ability to repetitively lift, carry, and position product weighing up to 50 pounds above shoulder height without assistance.
Ability to consistently kneel, squat, and reach above the head.
Ability to push and pull manual and powered equipment containing product loads for at least 100 yards without assistance.
Ability to repetitively grasp and manipulate objects of varying sizes and weights, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
Ability to read information in small, medium, and large print.
Ability to stand and walk for long periods.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with manual or powered pallet jacks.
Prior warehouse experience.

Responsibilities

Pull orders based on pick tickets and accurately build them for loading onto delivery trucks.
Build orders according to assigned load tickets using industrial power equipment.
Manually lift and move product to restock and repack, ensuring date-code accuracy and proper rotation.
Adhere to good manufacturing practices and safety standards.
Meet productivity requirements.
Stage completed pallets in the designated area.
