About The Position

Join a well-established oral surgery practice serving Greensboro and the Piedmont Triad. The practice provides a broad range of oral and maxillofacial procedures, including dental implants, wisdom teeth, bone grafting, corrective jaw surgery, facial trauma care, oral pathology, and tooth extractions. Care emphasizes safety, comfort, clear explanations, and helping patients understand their treatment plans. The role is open to experienced surgeons and residents nearing completion of an ADA-accredited Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery program. Surgeons can build relationships with patients and referring doctors, receive mentorship and peer support, and contribute their clinical perspective within a close-knit team. The practice offers meaningful clinical autonomy, operational support, and an early path to partnership and equity for eligible doctors in a majority doctor-owned organization. Technology includes 3D imaging and guided implant technology; IV sedation and general anesthesia are available for patient care.

Requirements

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
Completion of an ADA-accredited Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery program before starting.
Eligible for North Carolina dental licensure.

Responsibilities

Provide a broad scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery, including dental implants, wisdom teeth, bone grafting, corrective jaw surgery, facial trauma care, oral pathology, and tooth extractions.
Guide patients through treatment with a focus on safety, comfort, clear explanations, and preparation and follow-through.
Build relationships with patients and referring doctors.
Contribute clinical perspective to the team while developing a role in the practice.
