About The Position

Join an established oral surgery practice in Cocoa serving patients across the Space Coast. The practice combines decades of experience, a broad surgical scope, and 3D imaging in a patient-centered setting. Surgeons can contribute, access mentorship and peer support, and build a lasting career with a clear path to partnership. The team provides honest guidance and personalized care, with attention to patient comfort before, during, and after surgery. The role offers a broad surgical case mix, including dental implants, bone grafting, wisdom and impacted teeth, facial trauma, oral pathology, and extractions. Surgeons use 3D CT scans and panoramic imaging to assess teeth and jaws and guide surgical planning, and provide IV sedation with a clinical team focused on communication, comfort, and post-procedure guidance. The practice is part of a majority doctor-owned organization where doctors can pursue partnership and equity early in their careers. The position is based in Cocoa, Florida, near the Indian River and Historic Cocoa Village.

Requirements

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
Certificate from an ADA-accredited Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery program.
Eligible for Florida dental licensure.
