About The Position

Join an established oral surgery practice in Panama City Beach, Florida, with a skilled clinical team, a community referral base, and a broad case mix spanning implants, dentoalveolar surgery, bone grafting, and oral pathology. The role is open to experienced surgeons and residents nearing completion. Residents can access mentorship and experienced peer support as they develop their clinical approach. The practice emphasizes honesty, compassion, dignity, and clear communication. Surgeons are supported from consultation through recovery by a team focused on patient comfort, in-office IV sedation, and thoughtful pre- and post-surgical care. The clinical scope includes dental implants, wisdom teeth, impacted teeth, bone grafting, sinus augmentation, benign oral pathology, frenectomy, and treatment of traumatic dental injuries. The position offers the opportunity to build a broad, community-based surgical practice in the Panama City Beach and Bay County area, with a clear, early path to partnership and equity.

Requirements

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
Certificate from an ADA-accredited Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency program.
Eligible for Florida dental licensure.
Board-certified or board-eligible; residents nearing completion are welcome to inquire.

Responsibilities

Provide care across implants, wisdom teeth, impacted teeth, bone grafting, and oral pathology.
Perform implant placement, bone grafting, and sinus augmentation.
Provide in-office IV sedation.
Guide patients through pre- and post-surgical care.
Deliver personalized surgical care, including treatment of dentoalveolar conditions, benign oral pathology, frenectomy, and traumatic dental injuries.
