About The Position

Join an established oral surgery practice in Lafayette, Indiana, delivering broad surgical care with a thoughtful, patient-centered approach. The team supports patients from consultation through recovery, emphasizing clear communication, comfort, and helping patients feel informed about their care. The role offers the opportunity to practice across dental implants, wisdom teeth, extractions, oral pathology and biopsies, and corrective jaw surgery. Surgeons use advanced technology, modern surgical techniques, and appropriate anesthesia options to tailor care to each patient. Mentorship and peer support are available, including for surgeons nearing the end of residency. The practice offers a clear, early path to partnership and equity within a majority doctor-owned organization.

Requirements

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
Completion of an ADA-accredited Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery program before starting.
Eligible for Indiana dental licensure.
Experienced surgeons and residents nearing completion are welcome to inquire.
