About The Position

Join an established oral surgery practice serving Memphis, Arlington, and Tipton County. The practice provides a full scope of care, including wisdom teeth, dental implants, bone grafting, corrective jaw surgery, facial pain, injuries, and fractures. It uses cone beam CT imaging and provides office-based IV sedation or general anesthesia, with patients monitored during and after surgery. The team emphasizes high-quality surgical care, personal attention, clear communication, and helping patients feel comfortable and informed from consultation through recovery. For urgent concerns, the practice makes every effort to offer same-day care. Surgeons can access mentorship and peer support, and eligible doctors have a clear, early path to partnership and equity in a majority doctor-owned organization. Experienced surgeons and residents nearing completion are welcome to inquire.

Requirements

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
Certificate from an ADA-accredited Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery program.
Eligible for Tennessee dental licensure.

Responsibilities

Provide a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgical care, including dental implants, wisdom teeth, bone grafting, corrective jaw surgery, and treatment of facial pain, injuries, and fractures.
Use cone beam CT imaging and provide office-based IV sedation or general anesthesia, monitoring patients during and after surgery.
Help patients feel comfortable and informed from consultation through recovery.
Make every effort to provide same-day care for patients with pain or urgent concerns.
