About The Position

Join an established oral surgery practice serving North Alabama from offices in Gadsden and Albertville. The practice offers a broad surgical scope, advanced imaging, multiple anesthesia options, and a focus on patient comfort and clear communication. Experienced surgeons and residents nearing the end of residency are welcome. The role offers mentorship and peer support, the opportunity to contribute to an established community practice, and a long-term future with a clear path to partnership and equity for eligible doctors. The practice serves patients throughout North Alabama and provides same-day appointments. Procedures include dental implants, wisdom tooth removal, bone grafting, corrective jaw surgery, facial trauma care, and related oral and maxillofacial procedures. The team is described as kind, professional, and attentive. The position is based in the Gadsden or Albertville area, or a nearby community. The compensation and benefits package includes a significant sign-on bonus, insurance coverage, malpractice insurance, continuing education and marketing allowances, and a 401(k).

Requirements

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
Certificate from an ADA-accredited Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery program.
Eligible for Alabama dental licensure.

Responsibilities

Provide oral and maxillofacial surgical care, including procedures involving dental implants, wisdom teeth, bone grafting, corrective jaw surgery, facial trauma, and related conditions.
Use 3D imaging and available anesthesia options to support treatment planning and patient comfort.
Communicate clearly with patients and contribute to a comfortable care experience.
