About The Position
Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is seeking a part-time Optometrist to provide care in a structured, community-based outpatient clinic in Mishawaka, Indiana. The optometrist will work as an extension of the clinical team in a coordinated environment serving senior populations. The role emphasizes patient-centered vision care, quality over volume, and consistent scheduling, with clinic staff and administrative and logistical support provided. CMC manages equipment, supplies, scheduling, and billing logistics, so the optometrist can focus on clinical care. The organization describes itself as family-founded, with more than 25 years of experience increasing access to care for senior and underserved communities across more than 30 states.
Requirements
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited program.
- Active Indiana optometry license.
- Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills.
- Comfort practicing in outpatient clinic environments.
