Part-Time Optometrist | Outpatient Clinic Setting
About The Position
Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is seeking a part-time Optometrist to provide vision care in a structured, outpatient clinic-based environment serving senior populations in Montrose, Eckert, and Grand Junction, Colorado. The optometrist works as an extension of the clinical team in a coordinated, community-focused setting and represents CMC within partner clinic locations. The role involves 4–6 visits per month on weekdays. CMC provides equipment, supplies, scheduling, and billing logistics so the optometrist can focus on delivering vision care without the overhead and administrative burden of running a practice. The care model emphasizes quality over volume, consistency, administrative support, long-term clinic partnerships, and ethical, mission-driven healthcare.
Requirements
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited program.
- Active Colorado optometry license.
- Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills.
- Comfort practicing in outpatient clinic environments.
