About The Position

Physicians Eyecare Group is seeking a Doctor of Optometry to provide patient-centered eye care. The role combines onsite care with the organization’s patented hybrid platform and innovative technology. Optometrists work with a dedicated store team and centralized support to focus on patient care and help make eye care accessible and affordable. The position is available in full-time and part-time formats across the company’s 26 state locations. Compensation is location-dependent, with salary up to $200,000+ and daily bonus potential. Requirements

Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree and a license in the state where practicing.
Open to obtaining additional state licensure as needed.
Maintain malpractice insurance.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive eye exams using innovative technology, both onsite and through the patented hybrid platform.
Diagnose ocular conditions and create personalized treatment plans.
Educate patients on preventative eye care, including regular annual eye exams, sun protection for eye health, proper contact lens care, and wearing current prescription glasses.
Maintain required state licensure and malpractice insurance.
Represent the organization’s values within the company and in the community.
