Responsibilities
- Answering phones and scheduling appointments
- Verifying insurance benefits and calculating patient responsibility
- Selecting and ordering eyewear for patients
- Making small repairs and adjustments to eyeglasses
- Delivering a best-in-business patient experience from start to finish
- Supporting your team by communicating effectively and working toward shared goals
- Maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness and presentation
