About The Position

incident.io is seeking an ambitious graduate to join its Talent function and help the company grow in San Francisco. No prior experience is needed. The role offers the opportunity to work across the business, closely with founders and leaders, and contribute to building the company’s team. Talent work includes proactively identifying exceptional candidates, building relationships, hosting events, developing creative campaigns, and increasing awareness of incident.io. The role provides ownership from day one and exposure to multiple parts of building a startup, with potential career paths in Talent, other areas of the business, or entrepreneurship.

Requirements

Exceptional drive, ambition, and willingness to work hard toward significant goals.
Evidence of building or creating something, such as a business, side project, university society, or event.
Strong ability to learn quickly, ask thoughtful questions, and solve problems.

Responsibilities

Proactively identify and recruit exceptional talent rather than relying only on job postings and applications.
Build relationships with prospective candidates.
Organize events and develop creative campaigns to attract talent and raise awareness of incident.io.
Help build the company’s team as it grows in San Francisco.
Work closely with founders and leaders and contribute across the business.
