About The Position

Join our dynamic warehouse team as an Operator 2 in Covington, GA. Requirements

Minimum 1 year of warehouse or related experience
Proficiency in operating forklifts (must complete forklift questionnaire)
Ability to obtain and maintain relevant certifications or training
Effective verbal and written English communication
Basic computer literacy
Physically able to meet the demands of the role (lifting, standing, movement)

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED
Experience in logistics, material handling, or manufacturing production
Exposure to metrics-driven work environments

Responsibilities

Operate forklifts, conveyors, cranes, handcarts, and power trucks to safely move materials and products within the warehouse
Accurately follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and adhere to quality guidelines
Maintain records of inventory movement and materials handling
Perform basic math calculations and read/comprehend work instructions in English
Participate in metrics-driven operations for process improvement
Engage in physical activities including lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing, stooping, and repetitive hand motions
Comply with safety standards and report any workplace hazards
Work in a temperature-variable environment (hot summers, cold winters, moderate to loud noise)
Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors
