About The Position

Requirements

Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a related field
Valid forklift certification and proven proficiency in forklift operation
Ability to read, write, and comprehend basic documents in English
Basic math and general computer skills
Comfortable lifting/moving items over 50 lbs and working in varying warehouse conditions (hot/cold, moderate-to-loud noise)
Effective communication and teamwork abilities

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent
5+ years of forklift experience
Experience working in metrics-driven environments
Familiarity with inventory management systems

Responsibilities

Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (cranes, conveyers, handcarts, power trucks) to move, load, and unload products and materials
Accurately maintain records of inventory movement and warehouse transactions
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and adhere to strict quality guidelines
Assist with general warehouse duties including material handling, stocking, and order fulfillment
Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipment to ensure safety and functionality
Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members to coordinate workflow and resolve issues
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, complying with all safety regulations
