About The Position

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and equipment
Ability to read, write, and interpret documents in English
Competency in basic math calculations
General computer skills for record-keeping and inventory management
Effective verbal communication skills
Physically capable of standing, walking, lifting, and handling repetitive tasks in varying temperature conditions

Nice To Haves

Up to 1 year of previous warehouse or material handling experience
Previous forklift certification or operational training
Familiarity with metrics-driven environments

Responsibilities

Safely operate forklifts, conveyors, handcarts, cranes, and power trucks to move goods within the warehouse
Accurately maintain records of material movement and inventory
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to quality and safety guidelines
Perform basic tasks and processes in material handling, logistics, or production environments
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Lift and move items weighing over 50 lbs as needed
Participate in orientation training and maintain required licenses/certifications
