About The Position

Join our dynamic warehouse team in Madison, GA as an Operator 2, Warehouse Operations. This is a full-time, Monday through Friday, 8am – 4:30pm contractor position with a competitive pay rate of $16.50/hr. Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Minimum 1 year warehouse or relevant experience
Forklift operation experience and ability to perform manual labor
Basic math, reading, and documentation skills in English
General computer literacy
Physical capacity to lift/move over 50 lbs and perform repetitive motion tasks
Ability to obtain/maintain necessary warehouse certifications

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in shipping operations for specialized products
Analytical skills related to material handling or logistics
Experience working in metrics-driven environments

Responsibilities

Operate forklifts, handcarts, conveyers, cranes, and power trucks to efficiently move materials, assemblies, and finished goods
Verify pallets and maintain accurate shipping paperwork for special product orders
Perform manual labor including lifting, moving, and handling materials (up to 50 lbs)
Adhere to strict SOPs, quality guidelines, and safety protocols within a metrics-driven environment
Maintain records, ensure proper documentation, and support warehouse inventory accuracy
Communicate effectively with team leads, supervisors, and co-workers to ensure smooth workflow
Work in varying warehouse conditions—hot in summer, cold in winter, moderate-to-loud noise
