About The Position

As an Operator 2, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring efficient material flow, accurate inventory control, and compliance with safety and quality standards. Requirements

Minimum 6 months recent forklift driving experience
High school diploma or GED
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively
Effective oral and written communication skills
Strong decision-making and self-motivation

Nice To Haves

1+ year warehouse experience strongly preferred
SAP/MES system use
Experience handling hazardous materials
Prior work with inventory control systems

Responsibilities

Safely operate forklifts (stand-up, sit-down), electric pallet jacks, slip sheeting equipment, and material tuggers
Supply and remove raw materials, finished goods, and hazardous materials to and from the production area
Maintain accurate product identification, traceability, and material status through careful documentation and SAP/MES transactions
Recycle and remove waste materials, reporting any damaged or questionable items
Uphold stringent BD quality systems, safety policies, and regulatory procedures
Achieve and maintain forklift certification; participate in ongoing training as needed
Support warehouse operations by assisting in varied tasks as required
