About The Position

At GARAGE, the Operations Team Leader helps maximize company sales and profitability by maintaining stockroom organization and managing inventory. The role handles shipment processing, sales-floor replenishment, e-commerce order fulfillment, markdowns, and merchandising to provide customers with an outstanding shopping experience. The Operations Team Leader contributes to the store’s day-to-day operations, optimizing inventory management, increasing sales and customer satisfaction, and maintaining brand and visual presentation standards. The position reports to the Store Manager.

Requirements

High school diploma.
At least 6 months of experience as a stockroom associate or in inventory management, preferably in a retail environment.
Passion for fashion.
Curiosity and creativity, with an interest in simplifying processes and procedures.
Effective time-management skills and ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proactive, hands-on approach to teamwork and tasks.
Passion for organization and attention to detail.
Ability to use technological equipment and software.
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as business needs require.
