About The Position

The Full Time Operations Team Lead reports to the Store Manager and helps maximize company sales and profitability by maintaining stockroom organization and managing inventory. Responsibilities include processing shipments, replenishing the sales floor, fulfilling e-commerce orders, completing markdowns, and merchandising to provide every customer with an outstanding shopping experience. The role contributes to the store’s day-to-day operations, optimizing inventory management, increasing sales and customer satisfaction, and maintaining brand and visual presentation standards.

Requirements

High school diploma.
At least 6 months of experience as a stockroom associate or in inventory management, preferably in a retail environment.
Passion for fashion.
Curiosity and creativity, with an interest in simplifying processes and procedures.
Effective time management skills to execute multiple tasks simultaneously.
A hands-on, proactive approach to tasks.
Attention to organization and detail.
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as business needs require.
Ability to use technological equipment and software.
