About The Position

The Full Time Operations Team Lead reports to the Store Manager and helps maximize company sales and profitability by maintaining stockroom organization and managing inventory. Work includes processing shipments, replenishing the sales floor, fulfilling e-commerce orders, completing markdowns, and merchandising to provide customers with an outstanding shopping experience. The role contributes to the store’s day-to-day operations, inventory management, sales, and customer satisfaction while maintaining brand and visual presentation standards.

Requirements

High school diploma.
Six months of experience as a stockroom associate or in inventory management, preferably in a retail environment.
Passion for fashion.
Curiosity and creativity, with a drive to simplify processes and procedures.
Effective time-management skills to execute multiple tasks simultaneously.
A hands-on, proactive approach to tasks.
Passion for organization and attention to detail.
Ability to use technological equipment and software.
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as business needs require.
