About The Position

The Team Leader contributes to store success by promoting a positive shopping experience and building meaningful, long-term customer relationships. The role supports day-to-day store operations, helps optimize inventory management, and contributes to increasing sales and customer satisfaction while maintaining brand and visual merchandising standards. Responsibilities also include processing shipments, replenishing the sales floor, and fulfilling e-commerce orders. The position reports to the Store Manager.

Requirements

High school diploma.
At least 1 year of experience as a team lead, preferably in a retail environment.
Customer-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build relationships.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while providing a high level of attention and service.
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as business needs require.

Nice To Haves

Two years of retail experience is an asset.
Passion for fashion.
Social media skills, mobile device skills, and computer skills are assets.
