About The Position

The Team Lead reports to the Store Manager and contributes to the store’s success by promoting a positive shopping experience and building meaningful, long-term customer relationships. The role supports the day-to-day operations of the store, helps optimize inventory management, and contributes to sales and customer satisfaction while maintaining brand and visual merchandising standards. Responsibilities also include processing shipments, replenishing the sales floor, and fulfilling eCommerce orders.

Requirements

High school diploma.
At least 1 year of experience as a team lead, preferably in a retail environment.
Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build relationships.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering a high level of attention and service.
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as business needs require.

Nice To Haves

Two years of retail experience is an asset.
Passion for fashion.
Social media, mobile device, and computer skills are assets.
