About The Position

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Full Time Operations Team Lead helps maximize company sales and profitability by maintaining stockroom organization and managing inventory. This includes processing shipments, replenishing the sales floor, fulfilling e-commerce orders, completing markdowns, and merchandising to provide an outstanding shopping experience. The role contributes to the store’s day-to-day operations, inventory management, sales, and customer satisfaction while maintaining brand and visual presentation standards. The position is anticipated to remain open for two weeks, though the company may shorten or extend that period based on its needs.

Requirements

High school diploma.
At least 6 months of experience as a stockroom associate or in inventory management, preferably in a retail environment.
Passion for fashion.
Curiosity and creativity, with an interest in simplifying processes and procedures.
Effective time-management skills and ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously.
A hands-on, proactive approach to tasks and teamwork.
Passion for organization and attention to detail.
Ability to use technological equipment and software.
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, according to business needs.
