About The Position

Iron Mountain is seeking an Operations Team Lead for its Warehouse & Logistics team. The role manages the daily operations of a Logistics Center cost-effectively while meeting internal and external customer needs. The Team Lead oversees the flow of shipments and warehouse inventory, supports and trains employees, and promotes a productive, efficient, and compliant operation. This role contributes to meeting customer demands through effective team leadership and operational performance.

Requirements

At least 1–2 years of leadership experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, specifically in fulfillment or e-commerce operations.
Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Ability to monitor daily production goals and adjust strategies to meet KPIs.
Proven conflict-resolution skills and ability to manage team dynamics.
Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and frequently walk, carry, reach, stand, and stoop.

Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operational flow of incoming and outgoing shipments.
Organize merchandise and maintain accurate warehouse inventory.
Collaborate with team members and the Operations Supervisor to foster positive employee relations.
Provide comprehensive training and mentorship to team members, and escalate employee issues as needed.
Monitor team performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and adjust operations to support productivity and quality.
Prepare operational reports to inform decision-making.
Ensure operational compliance.
