About The Position

Schneider is seeking an Operations Support Specialist in Green Bay to set up and maintain customer rate and accessorial profiles. The role works with various areas of the business to support accurate invoicing of accessorial charges and identify resolutions to customer payment discrepancies.

Requirements

• Associate degree.
• One or more years of relevant work experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities at once.

Responsibilities

• Execute all accessorial-related activities.
• Participate in the customer implementation process to create and maintain customer accessorial profiles.
• Communicate customer process concerns to accessorial stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with customers.
• Create and maintain QSWIs and assist with system testing.
• Identify opportunities to capture additional accessorial revenue.
