About The Position
The Operations Supervisor at DHL Supply Chain is responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient warehouse operations. The role helps implement processes to optimize operations and leads frontline associates to foster a safe, productive, inclusive, and collaborative work environment. The supervisor monitors operational performance, reports findings to management, and contributes to the success of DHL Supply Chain. DHL Supply Chain North America operates more than 500 facilities and employs over 50,000 associates across more than 150 million square feet of warehouse space. The organization emphasizes teamwork, associate development, training, and continuous improvement in a business-casual environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- At least 1 year of operations experience in a lead, supervisor, or management role preferred.
- At least 1 year of logistics industry experience preferred.
- Staff management, workload planning, objective setting, and organizational skills preferred.

Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, coach, develop, and support a diverse team of frontline associates while building an inclusive team culture.
- Uphold health and safety regulations and promote heightened safety awareness throughout the organization.
- Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to track performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Provide management with regular reports and analysis of achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improving warehouse operations.
- Promote open communication and collaboration between leadership and associates to support transparency, alignment, and teamwork.
