About The Position

The Operations Supervisor manages the Fortress Downhole Tools Cyclops Setting Tool Recycling program, coordinating and carrying out Fortress processes and procedures. The role ensures Fortress products meet or exceed customer requirements and uphold the quality standards established by Fortress Downhole Tools. It also oversees shop personnel, equipment, inventory, scheduling, safety, and quality, while coordinating tool needs and maintaining operational reports.

Responsibilities

Work closely with customer field representatives to coordinate Cyclops Setting Tools.
Disassemble, clean, inspect, rebuild, and test Fortress Cyclops Setting Tools according to applicable Fortress Work Instructions.
Provide technical support and onboarding to customers for Fortress Cyclops Setting Tools.
Ensure all necessary equipment and tools are available and adequately maintained.
Prioritize and enforce QA/QC policies and procedures.
Ensure employees are current with safety training and use of PPE.
Coordinate tool needs between the shop and upper management.
Interview, hire, and terminate Tool Assistants and Specialists.
Train and develop shop personnel.
Create employee schedules and grading processes.
Maintain reports on ongoing jobs and activity for Fortress management.
Maintain adequate inventory levels.
Oversee technicians' timesheets and days off.
Ensure housekeeping is maintained to a high standard each day.
Maintain professionalism and act with honesty and integrity.
Foster an upbeat, exciting, diverse, and distinctive work culture.
Proactively identify potential issues and provide solutions before they become problems.
Perform other duties, responsibilities, or tasks assigned by a supervisor.
