About The Position
The Custodial Lead is responsible for overseeing and performing custodial services at the G. Mahon Post Office/Courthouse, 100–200 East Wall, Midland, Texas. The position supports a contract for which VWI is bidding, and any employment offer is contingent on the contract being awarded.
Requirements
- At least three years of experience managing similar services in buildings of similar size and complexity.
- English language proficiency.
- Current Advanced Custodial Technician certification from the Cleaning Management Institute (CMI), or an equivalent course approved by the CO.

- Perform custodial services at the site.
