About The Position
The Custodial Lead oversees and performs custodial services at the G. H. Mahon Federal Building/Courthouse at 1205 Texas Avenue in Lubbock, Texas. The position supports a contract for which VWI is bidding, and any offers are contingent on the contract being awarded.
Requirements
- At least three years of experience managing similar services in buildings of similar size and complexity.
- English language proficiency.
- Current Advanced Custodial Technician certification from the Cleaning Management Institute (CMI), or an equivalent course approved by the Contracting Officer (CO).
Responsibilities
- Oversee custodial services at the G. H. Mahon Federal Building/Courthouse.
- Perform custodial services at the site.
