About The Position

Kingsgate Animal Hospital is a full-service small animal hospital serving pets in Lubbock, Wolforth, Shallowater, and surrounding areas. The hospital provides comprehensive, compassionate veterinary care and educates clients about their pets’ health. The team is experienced and tenured, and all staff are Fear Free certified and AAFP Cat Friendly certified. The hospital also works with local Second Chance Dog Rescue and Kat’s Alley Cats.

Experienced veterinarians and new graduates are encouraged to apply. New graduates can receive mentorship and guidance from the team. The hospital primarily cares for small animals and occasionally sees pocket pets; it is open to a veterinarian interested in expanding pocket-pet care. The practice prioritizes work-life balance, has no required on-call hours, and is closed on weekends.
