About The Position
The Custodial Lead will oversee and perform custodial services at the O.C. Fisher Federal Building/Courthouse, 33 East Twohig, San Angelo, Texas. The position supports a contract for which VWI is bidding, and any offers are contingent on contract award.
Requirements
- At least three years managing similar services in buildings of similar size and complexity.
- English language proficiency.
- Current Advanced Custodial Technician certification from the Cleaning Management Institute (CMI), or an equivalent course approved by the CO.
Responsibilities
- Oversee custodial services on site at the O.C. Fisher Federal Building/Courthouse.
- Perform custodial services at the site.
