About The Position
Dutch Bros Coffee is hiring a Broista in Lubbock, Texas. This is a fast-paced, high-energy, physically demanding customer-service role in which you will represent Dutch Bros, connect with customers, make drinks, and help create a positive experience. The work involves staying on your feet, moving quickly, and serving a steady flow of customers, with shifts lasting up to 10 hours. Broistas work closely with their crew, work in all weather conditions, and may need to push, pull, lift, or carry up to 65 pounds. The company provides training, certifications, and knowledge tests to help employees meet Dutch Bros standards. Dutch Bros describes its culture as fun, tight-knit, and supportive, with opportunities for growth across shops, headquarters, the Emerging Talent Program, and warehouse or fulfillment roles. Compensation is $10.00 per hour in base pay, plus tips that averaged $7.25 per hour based on 2025 reporting; actual tips may vary.
