About The Position

Dutch Bros Coffee is hiring a Broista in Manor, Texas. This is a fast-paced, high-energy, physically demanding customer-service role. Broistas connect with customers, provide friendly and efficient service, prepare high-quality drinks, and support the crew while maintaining a clean workspace and following food-safety standards. The job can involve being on your feet and moving quickly through a steady flow of customers for shifts of up to 10 hours, working in inclement weather, and pushing, pulling, lifting, or carrying up to 65 pounds. Training, certifications, and knowledge tests are provided to help employees meet Dutch Bros standards. The role offers a base pay of $10.00 per hour plus tips; the stated average of $7.25 per hour in tips is not guaranteed and may vary.
