About The Position

The Broista is the face of Dutch Bros Coffee, delivering friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced, high-energy shop. The role involves connecting with customers, helping them navigate the menu, preparing high-quality drinks, and creating a positive experience while working closely with the crew. The work is physically demanding and may involve standing and moving for shifts of up to 10 hours, working in varied weather, and lifting, pushing, pulling, or carrying up to 65 pounds. Dutch Bros provides training, certifications, and knowledge tests to help employees meet its standards. The position offers a base pay of $10.00 per hour plus tips, which are variable; the posting reports average hourly tips of $7.25 based on 2025 reporting.
