About The Position

Dutch Bros Coffee is hiring a Broista in McKinney, Texas. This is a fast-paced, high-energy, physically demanding customer-service role in a busy shop. Broistas welcome customers, build genuine connections, help customers explore the menu, prepare quality drinks efficiently, and keep the workspace clean while following food safety standards. The role involves working on your feet and handling a steady flow of customers for shifts of up to 10 hours, as well as being prepared to work in different weather conditions. Teamwork, reliability, a positive attitude, and a commitment to learning and growth are important. Dutch Bros provides training, certifications, and knowledge tests. Compensation is $10.00 per hour base pay plus an average of $7.25 per hour in tips; actual tips may vary.
