About The Position

Dutch Bros Coffee is hiring a Broista in McKinney, Texas. Broistas provide friendly, high-energy customer service, help customers navigate the menu, and prepare high-quality drinks in a fast-paced shop. The role involves working on your feet and responding quickly to a steady flow of customers, while supporting coworkers and maintaining a positive, welcoming atmosphere. Shifts may last up to 10 hours, and employees should be prepared to work in varying weather conditions. The position includes training, certifications, and knowledge tests to help employees meet Dutch Bros standards. The stated compensation is $10.00 per hour in base pay plus average tips of $7.25 per hour; actual tips may vary.
