About The Position
Dutch Bros Coffee is hiring a Broista to provide friendly, high-energy customer service and prepare drinks in a fast-paced shop. Broistas greet and connect with customers, help them navigate the menu, and deliver a positive experience while representing Dutch Bros values. The role involves working quickly and efficiently during busy periods, keeping the workspace clean, and following food safety standards. The position is physically demanding and requires standing and moving throughout shifts of up to 10 hours, serving a steady flow of customers, and being prepared to work in varying weather conditions. Employees work as part of a supportive crew and receive training, certifications, and knowledge tests. Compensation is $10.00 per hour in base pay, plus tips that average $7.25 per hour according to 2025 reporting. Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy, physically demanding environment.

- Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings.
