About The Position

The Operations Supervisor at DHL Supply Chain helps ensure the smooth and efficient operation of warehouses. The role includes implementing processes to optimize warehouse operations, leading frontline associates, fostering a safe and productive work environment, and supporting the success of the organization. The position is based on-site in Memphis, Tennessee. Work hours are 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. during the non-peak season and 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. during peak season.

Requirements

At least 1 year of operations experience in a lead, supervisor, or management role (preferred).
At least 1 year of logistics industry experience (preferred).
Staff management, workload planning, objective setting, and organizational skills (preferred).

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, coach, develop, and support a diverse team of frontline associates, fostering inclusion and belonging.

Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to track performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Provide management with regular reports and analysis on achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improving warehouse operations.
Promote open communication and collaboration between leadership and associates.
Implement processes to optimize warehouse operations.
