2nd Shift Operations Supervisor (Monday-Thursday 6:00PM-4:30AM)
About The Position
The Operations Supervisor plans, directs, and assigns work activities in a manufacturing or distribution department. The role supports and implements policies and procedures and recommends improvements to operating methods, equipment, people, materials, and working conditions. This position is based in an active industrial manufacturing and distribution center with moderate to high noise levels, temperature variations, and material-handling equipment in operation. It may involve extended periods of standing or walking on concrete floors and use of PPE such as safety glasses and steel-toed boots. The fast-paced work includes time-sensitive and safety-sensitive operations. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 6:00 p.m. to 4:30 a.m. Compensation is $23.00–$25.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or distribution center environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Nice To Haves
- Associate degree in Supervisory Management or a related field.
- Previous supervisory experience.
- Experience with manufacturing or warehouse equipment and department processes.
