The Operations Strategy Lead will play a critical role in advancing Finastra’s strategic agenda by supporting the planning, execution, and management of high-impact initiatives across the organization. Reporting to & working closely with the Chief Operating Officer and senior leaders, this role provides analytical rigor, market insight, and program leadership to drive key strategic priorities forward. This position requires regular engagement with senior management, cross-functional teams, the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), and external advisors. Strategic initiatives will span multiple business units and central functions, with primary focus on the COO organization, including: Sales Operations, Analytics, Customer Insights, Strategic Initiative Program, Cross-Sell & Partnerships, License Compliance, and Divestitures. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter with strong analytical capabilities, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, agile, and collaborative environment.
