About The Position

The Operations Specialist will support the Research, Design & Development team by tracking operational processes, supporting cross-functional projects, and helping team members adopt new tools and ways of working. The role focuses on maintaining project tracking and reporting, documenting processes, coordinating training, analyzing operational data, and supporting change management initiatives. It is a hybrid position based out of the Carson, California office.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or a related role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills for data tracking and reporting.
Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain processes and updates to varied audiences.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines while remaining organized and detail-oriented.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Workfront or a similar project management platform.
Exposure to product development or a cross-functional creative or Research, Design & Development environment.
Familiarity with process documentation or standard operating procedure creation.

Responsibilities

Track operational project progress and maintain dashboards and reports.
Document process steps to promote consistency and efficiency across the team.
Help coordinate and deliver training on new processes, technologies, and expectations.
Use Excel and reporting skills to analyze operational data and identify improvement opportunities.
Support cross-functional change management initiatives by aligning stakeholders, facilitating discussions, resolving project challenges, and keeping work on schedule.
Provide the Operations Manager with regular updates on project milestones, performance insights, risks, and mitigation plans.
