About The Position

The Operations Specialist supports the functionality and efficiency of the store, maintaining store operations to facilitate a seamless customer experience. The role partners with Store Management and supports company and management initiatives while following organizational policies and procedures. This position supports the Brickell pop-up for one year, with an opportunity to become permanent, and is part-time with flexible availability.

Requirements

1–2 years of prior work experience in a retail stock, logistics, operations, or management position.
Part-time role requiring flexible availability.

Responsibilities

Partner with Store Management to ensure positive brand representation through product, store maintenance, and customer service.
Take ownership of inventory and stock management, maximize storage and capacity, and investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Support low inventory shrink and high inventory accuracy through consistent execution of receiving, transfers, RTV, sales, and cycle counts.
Communicate and follow up consistently and promptly on store maintenance issues.
Serve as the store expert in core operational systems, educate staff, and troubleshoot technology issues with the corporate IT Team.
Assist the sales team with POS, customer repairs, dry-cleaning, and alterations processes.
Understand BOH/FOH IT systems, including POS transactions.
Partner with store management to resolve customer service issues.
Manage customer repairs, dry-cleaning, and alterations programs.
Meet store and metric goals.
Bring the brand mission to life for everyone who enters the store.
Maintain knowledge of and follow all policies and procedures, and consistently act within rag & bone’s core values.
Identify opportunities to support best-in-class customer service through product knowledge and operational ownership.
Contribute to a positive, fun, professional, productive, and team-oriented store atmosphere.
