About The Position

The Operations Specialist I - International coordinates international relocations, ensuring accurate pricing, vendor management, and compliance with regulations. The role involves booking freight, auditing invoices, maintaining shipment documentation, and communicating with global partners and internal teams to ensure service quality and profitability. You will be responsible for managing the pricing and logistics of international relocations, while building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, carriers, and global partners. Acting as a key liaison, you’ll coordinate efforts between the Customer Experience Team, local operations, warehouse staff, U.S. agents, and overseas service providers to ensure each shipment is handled smoothly and in compliance with contractual and policy requirements.

  • Oversee air and ocean freight bookings, consolidations, and all related documentation.
  • Audit carrier invoices, track file costs, and issue payment instructions as needed.
  • Maintain internal systems and accurate records throughout the move process.
